Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat.
On or before 30 September 2026:
50% refund after deducting bank/gateway charges.
1 October to 31 October 2026:
25% refund after deducting bank/gateway charges.
1 November 2026 onwards:
No refund will be provided.
Any non-refundable GST or statutory taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
